Black Equinox

In keeping with my theme of updating every new season, I thought it would be appropriate to mark this one as somewhat special. There was a complete Solar Eclipse yesterday, on the same day as the Beginning of Spring, the Vernal Equinox. I couldn't see it myself as it happened in the early hours of the morning and was only visible from parts of Europe.  Being an American with a day job has its drawbacks I guess.

Page 23 is almost ready. I have a few more shadows and highlights and effects to paint in.  I really hope the story starts to, ahem, fall together soon. There's actually a very strong narrative in Flolas, but I'm a big fan of quiet moments and just letting the characters breathe, so it's taking a while to get to.

I've also had a bit of freelance work lately. I'll make a post about that soon.
